I've just finished adding all the new functionality - there is loads left I'd still like to add but that will probably come in future updates.

All new features:
Time Trial mode
Level editor
Object Editor
Stackable blocks
Multiple objects types (up to 26)
Can add a level by clicking on a link in Safari browser (link needs to start with cr2://)
Lots of bug fixes (and I mean lots)

Things that didn't make it in (but will be there soon):
Level preview
Much more customisation of background/floor
Object materials

All that needs to be done now is the documentation and some additional levels plus fix any final bugs.

I'm starting to look for some beta testers - any volunteers?

P.S. Ask me if for tips/tricks or if you want a map or a portion of a map created (Send me a private message). I will try to do my best, and i will even test out the map/map portion to make sure its beatable. For example, if you need like a huge diagonal turn and you want it at 50 speed, and I test it and it's impossible to do, I will send you a private message detailing the problem and i will change the speed to make it the fastest you can go and still complete that portion.

Been playing the latest build this evening. Time trial mode is pretty slick. The addition of the speed control is really intuitive and adds a great new challenge. If Andy gives the OK, I'll leak some screenshots here for y'all.

I think my favorite feature is a tie between the integrated level editor and the custom objects. Both give such extensibility to the game.

I'm not wedded to the base64-encoded custom level email feature. It will be even better when the email is plaintext, eliminating a few steps for the end user. Overall though, CRII is looking pretty sweet.

I got 12 tracks currently availible. They're 6 easy-hard courses, then the same 6 courses, except night time, and hard-very hard. Check em out.
in Order from easiest to hardest (not sure if Highway or Masters is harder, i can't beat either)

The only reason it's base64 encoded is when send the level to the email client all leading spaces get trimmed off each line!

Base64 encoding stops this but at a bit of a pain.

Obviously if I can sort this I will but currently not sure if there is anything I can do.
